Why Should You Use Our Service?

While it is absolutely possible to stream to social media platforms such as Facebook and Youtube for free, they do come with a series of downfalls that are important to be aware of when live-streaming such a monumental occasion.

1. Owning your content

When you live stream to Facebook or Youtube you are signing over your rights to the video. They will technically hold the right to publish, deny publishing, remove your live-stream or use it elsewhere.

As far as we are concerned, your stream belongs to you to do with as you please. We’re just here to help you make the most of it!

2. Knowing what is allowed?

Your wedding live-stream will be subject to the social network’s terms and conditions, meaning that they could choose to interrupt the stream or deny you access.

3. A service Designed for you

Incorrect privacy settings could allow people you do not know to access your stream.

All of bespoke pages are totally private, only accessible if you have the unique link.

Alternatively, we can stream to your social media account if you want!

4. Understanding what you need

We’re here to support you in ensuring everything runs smoothly and is stress-free. All you need to be able to stream is:

• A smartphone, tablet or laptop.

• Good signal or WiFi. 

We’ll then send you a simple and easy to follow guide so you can have everything tested and ready in plenty of time.

5. Knowing the rules

If the platform’s software recognises the use of any copyrighted music during the stream, the stream could be muted by the platform or even stopped altogether. This is often done with little to no warning. 

If you’re having the ceremony in a church etc it is also recommended that you check they hold a CCLI license.

6. Easy

Live-streaming is inherently complicated and it can easily go wrong. We are here to simplify the whole process and make it as easy to understand as we can. Our team is here to support you.

If using a Platform of your choice a test run should be done to make sure everything is compatible with our systems, If this is not done and on the day we cannot live stream due to reasons beyond our control then hard recording can still be achieved and the price quoted will still be the same.

Please Note

Although live streaming maybe possible it can drop out and lose connection due to many factors from power cuts to losing internet connections and so on, This is beyond our control and as such not held responsible. If this happens hard recording is still available and will carry on recording.

All live streams are automatically recorded when any live stream starts.

Hard Recording Only

If Live Streaming is unavailable due to inadequate Signal or incompatibility that is beyond our control then Hard recording can still be accomplished.

We can record the Event onto SD Cards from each Camera used (hard recording) and supply you with either a link to watch it from (after the event has finished) or supply you with a copy of all the recording on a USB drive/stick or Hard Drive as space requires.

Please be aware that hard recording at 1080p is roughly 18 gig (gigabytes) or 18000mb (megabytes) roughly so 2 Cameras would equate to 36 gig or 36000 megabytes roughly and so on per camera.

Streaming Quality is dependant on Connection.

A filtering system to ensure people aren’t accessing inappropriate material while using the services in a third party location are often in place in places with free wifi and connections are beyond our control.

Subjects typically included gambling, pornography, violence and proxy services.

 Our Cameras connect together through an app and a wifi netwrok, they reply on a stable and strong wifi network allowing them to talk to each other on the same network and then connected to our hardware using an app to control the cameras then if using a 3rd party software such as Skype , Zoom , Teams etc has to be relayed to the 3rd party software and is relyent on the internet infrastructure to allow this. If the network does not then we aim to achieve a walk around but this is not always possible and as such we can either hard record or not depending on the customer.

Our Cameras have a battery life of up to 6 hours ( on average 4) depending on usage and may have to either be swapped out with another camera with sufficient battery life and placed on charge.

Prolonged usage of our cameras can make them get hot and as such use more battery life or cause them to lose quality or at worste freeze up and if possible they would be switched out with another camera.
